Meet Your New Hawks Post Writers- Semester 2

Haley Sheldon- Sophomore

Q: What was your first impression of the Hawks Post staff?

A: I guess it’s different than I expected. The staff is way more chill than the rest of my classes. You guys are goofy and have fun.

Q: What are you most excited about for the upcoming semester?

A: Just writing articles on sports and stuff because that’s what interests me. I also look forward to learning what happens around the school.

Q: Why did you choose to become a part of the Hawks Post staff?

A: Because I wanted to be involved with what goes around the school and learn more about what goes on around the school.

Sawyer Pyawasay- Senior

Q: What was your first impression of the Hawks Post staff?

A: I’m the only guy in there, so I didn’t know if I’d fit in well. I do.

Q: What are you most excited about for the upcoming semester?

A: Just writing, I guess. I didn’t really enjoy it until Media Awareness with Mrs. Lamers.

Q: Why did you choose to become a part of the Hawks Post staff?

A: In Media Awareness, I was kind of pressured into it. Mrs. Lamers was saying that I am a creative guy and a creative thinker. They also wanted more guys in newspaper.
