Middle School Outreach – April

Hi guys!  Happy spring to everyone… I mean winter…or…April?  Hope you all enjoyed March and made the most of our short period of first spring.  Anyways, keep submitting questions and reading these letters that are specifically intended for… you!

Question: What’s the hardest thing in High School, and how do you do it?

Response:

Personally, I think that the hardest part of high school is managing your time.  You are given a lot of work that needs to be done, and it can be difficult to juggle your time, especially if you’re involved in other activities.  I would say that the best way to manage your time is to schedule out what tasks you’re doing and when you plan to do them.

Try to utilize your free time better to get the maximum amount of jobs accomplished so you don’t have to worry about them later.  This is especially helpful if you are an active student in sports and other after school activities. Also, make sure that if you’re struggling,  you take a step back and think about what you could do at that moment to make your next moments a little easier.

I know that it is easier said than done, but really try not to procrastinate.  I understand we sometimes want lazy days, but you never know when something will come up that takes up your time, which leads you to scrambling around at 12 am trying to get something done before its due date. (Not that I’m speaking from experience or anything.)  Anyways, I wish you the best and hope to see you walking around the halls in the future!

See you around,
